Availability - When Would You Like to Visit

During the busy seasons it is advisable to book your rooms well in advance. This will not only insure you the type of room you require, but also will insure the total number of days that you request. In high season, being June 20th thru October 12, Presidents week in February and Christmas week, we suggest at least one month advance notice. Other times of the year can usually be booked with a weeks notice. When booking for a large number of rooms we do suggest one month notice and suggest two months if you are reserving during high season.

If you are making a sudden, unscheduled trip, call us on our toll free reservation line, there is always a chance we will have a room for you, if not, we might be able to suggest an alternative. We do require a one nights deposit per room for advance reservations. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less a 10% cancellation fee, if you notify us 14 days prior to your arrival date. If we are not given sufficient notice, the deposit will only be returned if we are able to re-rent your room for the entire stay.
